When the president of a European company arrived by jet at Gatwick we were able
to liaise with the air charter company to anticipate arrival time, provide on
board authority checks and directly transfer the passengers to their meeting.
Through maintaining contact with the company’s staff during the day, we
were able to accommodate a flexible departure time and return him directly to
the waiting aircraft.
